solid stay with few quirks
renovated bathroom amazing breakfast helpful staff
the room was recently renovated and had a gorgeous bathroom. i found the breakfast really amazing. the staff, they were lovely and helpful.
the guest house is very tired, it needs a lot of work.

pleasant stay near inec
lovely staff convenient location freshly cooked items
the staff was lovely and accommodating. my room was close to the inec arena. the breakfast included freshly cooked items, which i found satisfying.
I found the lack of bedside lamps a bit inconvenient. I had to get out of bed to switch off the light.

The building is situated within walking distance of several restaurants and a pub. it is also located near the river, giving it a great view and adding value to the location. parking is available behind the building. It offers ample space.

The breakfast menu included a choice between irish breakfast, eggs, or pancakes. everything was freshly prepared and delicious. the pots of tea were lovely and hot. This enhanced the dining experience.

the staff was helpful. they assisted me with anything i needed. they created a warm and cute atmosphere around the premises. i loved having a chat with them.
